Amanda Walker, RVT
National Training and Implementations Manager
Amanda has known from a young age that she wanted to work with animals in some capacity. As a child, she was often found watching and feeding the local wildlife which led to volunteering in animal hospitals throughout high school.
She began her educational journey at Ontario Tech University with an undergraduate in Life Sciences before graduating from the Veterinary Technician program at Seneca College in 2018. Since graduating Amanda has worked in practices that care for a variety of species ranging from small animals to exotics, wildlife, and most recently emergency medicine. She loves all aspects of veterinary medicine but especially enjoys nutrition, anesthesia, analgesia, and the hospital management aspects of her work.
Amanda is excited to have joined the VetCircle team and to help support independently owned hospitals and the staff to achieve all of their goals.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, drawing or reading, and, of course, snuggling with her cat Milo.

Ceara Walsh
Lead, Operations Manager
Ceara is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in animal care. Her passion started in Hawaii, where she dedicated herself to wildlife conservation with the Hawaii Wildlife Fund. Ultimately finding her way into the realm of small animal medicine, Ceara then transitioned into a business development officer role for a boarding and rescue facility, where she found a passion for rescue work and providing a better life for cats and dogs.
Ceara’s experience in animal healthcare started with her work in the maintenance and development of a foaling barn, addressing the unique needs of horses during critical reproductive phases. Ceara then grew her career in animal healthcare by taking a leadership role in a veterinary hospital in the Mississauga region, supporting her team and clients through a significant transition from 24-hour emergency medicine to general practice. After spending multiple years leading her hospital team, she made the jump to join the VetCircle team as the Lead Operations Manager, where she leads the Operations Team to provide independently owned hospitals with in-hospital management services! Ceara and our Ops team work to understand your challenges, provide practical solutions for your team/practice, and then develop a plan to implement the changes with your team and practice! As a problem solver and helper at heart, Ceara is thrilled to be in her role at VetCircle supporting Canadian independently-owned hospitals!
Amy Ma, BSc
COO
Amy’s love of animals started as a child when she saved a dragonfly from drowning and knew she would work with animals her whole life!
She had the unique opportunity to open an animal hospital from the ground up with the practice owner and has loved every bit of the experience (including installing ceiling tiles and running after people with brochures). Since then, she has worked in the vet industry as a Veterinary Nutrition Rep and, most recently, as the head of Business Development with a Canadian veterinary corporation, successfully helping 20+ practice owners transition out of practice ownership. Today, she is proud to be the co-founder of a forward-thinking company that is working to provide solutions to improve the veterinary industry.
“Throughout my career, I have always admired how much dedication and time practice owners put into being a DVM and a business owner. Unfortunately, this is also the biggest challenge of being a practice owner. As a caregiver and problem solver, I co-founded VetCircle to be the solution to make it easier for veterinary practice owners to do what they do best, help animals.”
Dr. Teresa Woolard, DVM
Project Manager
Dr. Teresa Woolard is an OVC Graduate who has practiced and contributed to the Canadian veterinary industry for over 25 years. She has written 6 books on pet care and pet loss that have sold over 400,000 copies, created marketing materials for major animal health and pet food companies, and was instrumental in bringing veterinary products to the market.
Outside of the veterinary industry, Teresa started 2 award-winning businesses in the hospitality industry that earned her the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2018 from her local Chamber. Her strategic thinking, innovation, energy, and passion make her a powerful force in the business world. Dr. Teresa’s track record of success and her ability to bring out the best in others make her an invaluable resource for any clinic looking to have happy customers and staff!
Dr. Monty Beshay, DVM, MSc, MBA
CEO
Dr. Monty Beshay graduated as a DVM from Cairo University and received his master’s degree in Ultrasonography and MRI.
He previously owned 3 animal hospitals and also established the royal family of Dubai’s Veterinary Hospital called Zabeel Veterinary Hospital! Monty recently led operations for a Canadian Veterinary Corporation where he managed 12 animal hospitals across Canada with incredible success and wanted to support the industry in a bigger way. It was natural for him to become the CEO of VetCircle to provide management solutions for Veterinary professionals so that the DVMs/Practice owners can focus on what they do best, providing the best care to their patients.
“All veterinary practices, large or small, are made up of individuals with their own sets of needs that must be addressed so everyone can work together effectively as a team. This is what makes my work invigorating: identifying those needs, and as their partner and change leader, providing them tools to work with minimal management needs. The greatest reward for me is watching practices embrace the changes that bring them to the next level of success.”
