Book a strategy session with our operations team to discuss your leadership structure, operational challenges, and long-term practice goals. This session allows us to gain a deep understanding of your clinic’s unique needs and develop a tailored approach to support your success.
Just like pets need checkups, your veterinary practice benefits from regular assessments too! At VetCircle, we conduct an on-site evaluation, spending a day at your clinic to observe workflows, shadow departments, and gather team feedback.
By immersing ourselves in your daily operations, we can identify challenges and develop a strategic plan tailored to your goals. For the best insights, we recommend scheduling our visit on a busy day to see your practice in action.
Once we’ve conducted our on-site visit, the VetCircle Operations Team will gather to review and evaluate your practice’s operations. We will then develop a plan that includes tailored recommendations and guidance to support you in reaching the goals we outlined in our initial meeting.
At the final stage, we’ll meet with you to present our findings, highlight key opportunities, and outline the steps needed to achieve your goals from step 1.
We take pride in providing practical, achievable solutions with clear expectations for success. That’s why we offer two tailored options, allowing you to choose what best fits for you.

We’ll provide 2-3 practical, tailored solutions based on your available time, expertise, and team’s experience, allowing you to implement them independently. On average, teams take 10-14 months to fully integrate these solutions. Please note that results will depend on your execution, and we cannot guarantee outcomes if implemented without our direct support.
