Is there a commitment after the 30-day free trial?
Although activating the free trial requires a credit card, you won’t be charged during the 30-day period. We’ll send you 3 friendly reminders before the trial ends, so you have plenty of time to cancel within the 30 days if it’s not the right fit, no obligations.

Please note: If you cancel after booking CE that occurs beyond the trial, regular fees apply. Vendor discounts/rebates will also revert to standard pricing after cancellation.
What happens after the free trial?
If you choose to continue, your membership is billed for the rest of the calendar year, prorated to your join date. Memberships renew every January 1st, with reminders sent beforehand. You can cancel at any time for a refund of the unused portion of the year. If you cancel early, rebates will be prorated accordingly.
How much does the membership cost?
Our fees are transparent and the same for all practices.
- $3,500/year for hospitals 1 year +
- $1,750/year for new hospitals (under 1 year old) or for additional locations under the same owner.
Fees are prorated to your join date.
Rebates & Discounts
How quickly will I see results with my rebates and discounts?
Many of our supplier partners will retroactively honour purchases from earlier in the year, even if you join mid-year, so you can still receive the full group rebate as if you’d been a member all along. Most vendors will activate your discounts and rebates starting from your first billing date or the 1st of the following month after you join.
What kind of ROI can I expect with the rebates and discounts?
Most members earn 2-3X more in rebates than they would on their own. Our negotiated vendor discounts also offer savings of 15%-75% on products and services you already use, or plan to use. Whether you’re ordering supplies/products, outsourcing services, or investing in equipment, the savings almost always exceed the cost of the membership.
How are rebates and discounts given to me?
When you join our membership, we require you to keep in touch and get updates from your supplier reps about your sales and rebate status. Rebates are paid directly by the rep to your practice by cheque between March and July of the following year, ensuring full transparency and that you receive 100% of what you’ve earned. Discounts are applied to your account when you reach out to the company rep and will be immediately reflected on your invoices.
Do I need to change suppliers to earn rebates?
You need to be using products or services from our 85+ rewards partners to get our rebates and discounts. If you’re already working with them, you don’t need to change a thing, just enjoy the increased savings through your membership. We never force you to switch, but we can support you with an inventory or accounts payable analysis to uncover additional potential savings.
Can you help if I already work with a rebate or buying group?
Absolutely! Some of our members are part of multiple groups. What makes VetCircle different is we offer the most comprehensive combination of rebates, vendor discounts, management tools, HR support, team training, and CE resources tailored specifically to the needs of independently owned Canadian veterinary hospitals.

Nope, and we get why you’d ask! One of Canada’s major buying group is owned by a corporate consolidator.
VetCircle is 100% independently owned by our founders, with no ties to any corporate consolidators, investment groups, or franchises. We solely exist to support independently owned veterinary hospitals in Canada succeed, grow, and stay independent.
