Deborah

Deborah has many years of experience in the veterinary field, beginning her career as a hospital receptionist before retraining to join the medical team. This diverse background has given her a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of veterinary clinic life! As VetCircle’s National Training and Implementations Manager, Deb is a key member of the Operations Team, working directly with member practices who engage VetCircle for operational services. She provides hands-on support with planning, training, change management, new software implementations, and any additional operational needs to help clinics elevate their performance.

Deborah has a genuine love for animals and is strongly committed to offering warm, compassionate care for clients and their pets. She brings that same dedication to the practices she supports through VetCircle, helping teams thrive both culturally and operationally.

In her free time, Deb enjoys traveling the world, volunteering with animal-focused organizations, camping and canoeing with her standard poodle Audrey, and spending time with her seven grandchildren.
